Just as the precious stones of the High Priest's breastplate were carefully selected, we meticulously chose the grapes that come together in this exceptional collection of wines.
This dry red wine is made from Grenache Tintorera grapes grown in the Meirav Vineyard on the northern slope of Mount Malkishua in the Gilboa range. It was aged for approximately one year in French and American oak barrels, preserving its fruit character while adding the complexity of oak. Produced in a limited edition of approximately 2,400 bottles.
