A true cabernet sauvignon
Ripe raspberries with hints of black pepper and aromatic spices, sweet, round tannins and blackcurrant, liquorice and cedar. Featuring intriguing aromas of dark chocolate, mulled fruit and spice,and smooth textures of blackberry, mocha and menthol on the palate, hints of lavender, herbs and sweet oak. Aged for 18 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels. Best to serve with grilled meats and colourful ethnic cuisines. Open and decant 30 minutes before drinking and serve at room temperature.
