Made from 65% Cabernet Sauvignon & 35% Shiraz which mature gently in the warm days and cool nights in the Judean Mountains. This wine offers rich, ripe and concentrated flavours of juicy plums and black cherries. It is best served with roasted meats, grilled poultry or aged cheeses. Open and decant one hour prior to serving.
