100% Chardonnay grapes fermented in French Oak Barrels and aged for nearly 12 months. The aroma is fruity with a hint of flint and roasted almonds. Full-bodied, elegant Burgundy style, showing citrus, pineapple, green apple, toasted bread and fig aromas The palate is complex and round with plenty of yellow tropical fruit and citrus. It is very well balanced and mouth coating. Best served cool at about 12 to14°C. Food pairing: Lightly flavoured grilled chicken or fish.
